In our FAQ section you will find answers to questions about excursions to the Jílové gold mines.
1. Can I book my own appointment?
We list dates about a month in advance according to our time availability. If you have a larger group of people (at least 10 people), it is possible to announce a special date according to your wishes, which will be supplemented by other interested persons. If you are interested please send the date information along with phone contact to our email montanika@seznam.cz .
2. What clothes should we wear?
Long sleeves and pants and sturdy hiking boots or rubber boots are required. We cannot allow hikers with open shoes into the mine. Helmet and light are available for rent.
3. For which people is our excursion suitable?
We recommend entry to people without mobility problems and who do not suffer from claustrophobia. We expressly do not recommend entry to persons with crutches, etc., suffering from mobility difficulties and persons under 6 years of age. The excursion takes almost 3 hours, is relatively briskly paced and is not particularly manageable for smaller children.
4. How do I find out the dates of excursions?

5. How can I pay for the excursion?

6. How can I cancel my reservation?
Excursions can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the time of the excursion by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the time of the excursion will not be refunded.
