In the meantime, we have been working on the commissioning of the VV-4 drilling rig. We took the hydraulic distributor out of the mine and had it completely cleaned and repaired. As a result, among other things, the drill hammer drives have started working.
We are also rebuilding the original wooden wind wall at the fan room into a brick one to ensure easier ventilation of the mine after blasting demonstrations.
We have recovered the original fireclay furnace in which the pieces of mined gold were poured at the end of the refining process. The furnace will be part of an exhibition dedicated to the processing industry that is currently being built.
