Loader NL12 - Transport of Parts

Some time ago, we managed to acquire the NL12 bucket loader. Since then, we have been gradually working on transporting it underground. This loader is intended to complement our fleet of operational mining equipment, which we will demonstrate in operation on the first floor of the Pepř mine.

Due to its weight, we first had to disassemble the machine on the surface to reduce the weight of the individual transportable parts. After lowering the parts into the mine, we transported them approximately 300 meters along the Šlojíř vein, where the loader will be permanently positioned. Most parts were transported manually on a cart, but we encountered significant challenges with the 700 kg chassis, which we manually pushed for about 110 meters. After exhausting our strength, we enlisted the help of a pneumatic winch to gradually pull the machine to its final location. When we have time, we will continue with reassembling the machine.
